HOW DOES IT WORK?
The first step is for us to meet either in person or via Skype to talk through your wedding or event. This is a free, no obligation service. We’ll discuss your ideas, what you’re looking for in terms of styling and design and where Violet and Ivy can help you. No job is too big or too small for us so don’t be afraid to get in touch.
DESIGN & QUOTE
Next we will take all of this information away and create a bespoke mood board and quote for you – which can take up to a week. Once we’re finished we will email it over to you to look over. If you are happy and want to move forward with your booking, it’s at this point that we will ask for a £100 deposit to secure your date.
SIX WEEKS BEFORE
We'll touch base with you six weeks before your wedding or event to finalise all the details so there are no surprises on the day. We’ll liaise with your venue regarding installation and talk to your other suppliers where needed so that you can sit back and relax in the run up to your event and know that everything is taken care of. The final balance is due approximately one month before your wedding or event, however you are free to pay this whenever you would like up until this date.
On the morning of your wedding or event, or the day before if agreed with your venue, we will arrive bright and early to set up. We'll stay for as long as we're needed to make sure that everything looks and stays looking perfect throughout the day. If you need things moving half-way through the day we'll be there to help too.
After your wedding or event is over, we will return to the venue to collect everything, whether this is at 1am or the next day, meaning you don’t have to worry about a single thing.
